How to Play

Descend into the Abyssal Depths. Reach Floor 10 and slay the Abyssal Dragon to win.

Controls

• WASD or Arrow Keys — Move / Attack
• Space — Wait one turn (regen 1 HP)
• E — Use stairs (when standing on ◇)
• 1-8 — Use item / Shift+1-8 — Drop item
• Tab — Auto-explore (move toward nearest unexplored area)
• ? or H — Toggle help
• M — Toggle sound

Gameplay

• Bump to attack — walk into enemies to fight
• Walk over items to pick them up
• Find the glowing stairs ◇ on each floor to descend
• Enemies grow stronger the deeper you go
• Leveling up lets you choose a stat boost
• Weapons and armor auto-equip if better than current
• Watch out for hidden spike traps on the floor!
• Water pools slow enemies but not you

Enemies

• 🐀 Rats — Weak, appear early
• 🐍 Snakes — Quick, venomous
• 💀 Skeletons — Balanced fighters
• 👹 Orcs — Strong brutes
• 👻 Wraiths — Ethereal, hard to hit
• 🗿 Golems — Massive HP, heavy armor
• 😈 Demons — Deadly attackers
• 🐉 Abyssal Dragon — Final boss on Floor 10

Items

• ❤️ Health Potions — Restore HP
• ⚔️ Weapons — Increase ATK (auto-equip if better)
• 🛡️ Armor — Increase DEF (auto-equip if better)
• ⚡ Power / Shield Scrolls — Temporary stat boosts
• 💎 Gems — Bonus gold
